Terms of Service
Effective Date / Last Updated: August 26, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Quick Runs Cayman ("Quick Runs Cayman," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands with its registered address at Cardinal Plaza, Cardinal Avenue, George Town, Grand Cayman. By booking, requesting, or using any service from Quick Runs Cayman, you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Quick Runs Cayman offers concierge and administrative services throughout Grand Cayman, including but not limited to:
- Grocery shopping and personal errands
- Delivery services
- Transportation services, including airport pickups and drop-offs
- Bill payments
- Event assistance
- Administrative services: scanning, printing, and documentation preparation
- Assistance with government applications, including work permit applications and renewals, trade and business licensing, immigration documentation, and related filings
2. Nature of Government & Immigration-Related Services
Quick Runs Cayman is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our role in government, immigration, and licensing matters is limited to administrative assistance — preparing, organizing, and submitting documentation on your behalf based on the information you provide.
- We do not guarantee approval, processing time, or any outcome of any government application, permit, license, or immigration submission.
- Final decisions rest solely with the relevant Cayman Islands government department or authority (e.g., Workforce Opportunities and Residency Cayman (WORC), Department of Commerce and Investment, etc.).
- You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information and documents you provide to us.
- For matters requiring legal interpretation or representation, we recommend engaging a licensed attorney.
3. Bookings, Scheduling & Cancellations
- Services must be booked in advance through our confirmed booking channels (phone, WhatsApp, email, or website).
- Cancellations should be made as early as possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a service request due to weather, safety concerns, or operational capacity.
4. Payment Terms
- Pricing is provided at the time of booking or quote and may vary based on distance, service type, and urgency.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., recurring or subscription clients).
- Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking. Prices are quoted in Cayman Islands Dollars (KYD) unless stated otherwise.
- Any costs advanced by Quick Runs Cayman on your behalf (groceries, government fees, courier charges, etc.) must be reimbursed in full, in addition to our service fee.
5. Memberships & Founding Member Promotional Rate
5.1 Memberships generally. Membership plans (Basic, Standard, Premium, and the Corporate Plan) are billed monthly in advance in Cayman Islands Dollars (KYD) and continue until cancelled by either party in accordance with the membership agreement provided at sign-up. Where a plan is described as including "unlimited" deliveries, this refers to reasonable use by the named Client for that Client's own business or household. Membership benefits are not transferable and may not be resold, shared with, or used on behalf of third parties outside the membership without our written agreement.
5.2 Founding Member offer. From time to time we may offer promotional rates. Our Founding Member offer is subject to the following terms:
- Discount. Ten percent (10%) off the standard published monthly rate of any membership tier, or off the quoted monthly rate for a Corporate Plan.
- Availability. The offer is limited to the first ten (10) memberships activated. A membership is treated as activated when the first membership payment is received by us.
- Duration. The discounted rate applies to the first six (6) consecutive months of membership, beginning on the date of activation.
- After the promotional period. From the seventh (7th) month, the standard published rate for your tier at that time applies automatically. We will give you at least thirty (30) days' written notice before the first invoice at the standard rate.
- Changing tiers. If you change tier during the promotional period, the 10% discount applies to your new tier for the remainder of the six months. It does not extend the six-month period.
- Cancellation and restart. If a membership is cancelled and later restarted, the promotional rate does not restart, and any unused portion of the six months is forfeited.
- Not combinable. The offer is personal to the Client, is not transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion unless we agree in writing.
- Availability counter. Any indication of remaining founding member spots shown on our website is updated manually and is provided as a guide only. It does not constitute an offer or a reservation. Eligibility for the Founding Member rate is confirmed by us in writing when your membership is set up.
- Withdrawal. We may amend or withdraw the offer at any time before a membership is activated. Doing so does not affect the rate of any membership already activated under the offer.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate delivery/pickup addresses, contact information, and instructions.
- Ensure someone is available to receive deliveries or pickups at the agreed time.
- Provide accurate and truthful information for any document preparation or government submission.
- Ensure any items requested for purchase or delivery are legal to possess and transport in the Cayman Islands.
7. Limitation of Liability
Quick Runs Cayman takes reasonable care in performing all services but is not liable for delays, losses, or damages beyond our control.
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, third-party vendors, courier partners, or government processing times.
- We are not liable for the rejection, delay, or denial of any government or immigration application by the relevant authority.
- Our liability for any direct loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the value of the fee paid for that specific service.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
8. Transportation Services
- Transportation is provided by licensed drivers operating within Cayman Islands road traffic regulations.
- Clients must comply with reasonable safety instructions (e.g., seatbelt use).
- We reserve the right to refuse transport to any individual behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or abusive manner.
9. Confidentiality
Any personal, financial, or government documentation shared with us for the purpose of completing a service will be treated as confidential and used solely for that purpose. We do not sell or share client information with third parties except as required to complete the requested service (e.g., submitting an application to a government department) or as required by law.
10. Force Majeure
Quick Runs Cayman is not responsible for failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, civil unrest, or public health emergencies.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Cayman Islands.
